Here at Pnptrendz we strive to elevate the homes of the customers we serve by providing Nearly Natural, high quality, lifelike, long-lasting products at a competitive price.  

 

Who Are We? 

 

We're business professionals. Together, we have a combined 67 years of retail management and eCommerce experience. During that time, we learned the importance of quality, value, and customer service. We operated an extremely successful website a few years back, and after a short break to pursue other ventures have decided to start it back up. The relationships we built with our suppliers allow us to deliver high-end, nearly natural eye-catching products that will last forever with proper maintenance and care.  

 

Our Business Strategy:

 

Here at Pnptrendz we do not inflate the price of the suppliers we use. Their direct-to-consumer pricing is the same price you'll pay with us (sales excluded) We will also occasionally offer sales of our own that are independent from the manufacturers themselves. For us it's mutually beneficial. We get to grow our business as we help them expand their web presence. 

 

Our Service Promise:

 

Here at Pnptrendz we are a customer support liason for the manufactures of the products we sell. We follow up with them, so you don't have to. Our service promise is simple: Provide prompt response to all service questions and issues and facilitate an effective and positive outcome for each of our customers.
